1. Project Managers
- Qualifications Experience :- BE / B.Tech or Masters in Civil / Construction engineering with 12-15 years ‘ experience in High rise projects .
2. Sr. Engineers
- Qualification & Experience:- BE / B.Tech ( Civil ) with 10-12 yrs . experience in execution .
3. Jr. Engineers
- Qualifications & Experience :- BE / B.Tech ( Civil ) with 2-5 yrs . experience in execution .
4. Supervisors
- Qualifications & Experience :- HSC with min 10 years of building construction experience .
5. Billing – Planning Engineers
- Qualifications & Experience :- BE / B.Tech or Masters in Civil / Construction engineering with min . 5 years ‘ experience of planning , budgeting and monitoring .
6. Quality Engineers
- Qualifications & Experience :- BE / B.Tech ( Civil ) with 5-10 years ‘ experience of quality control function for material testing and workmanship inspection .
7. Safety Engineers / Supervisors
- Qualifications & Experience :- BE / B.Tech in Safety with minimum 5 years ‘ experience .
8. Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Qualifications & Experience :- min. 5 years ‘ experience .
9. Surveyors
- Qualification & Experience :- Bachelors ‘ degree with 5 yrs experience . Expertise in Total Station .
10. Administration Officers / Assistants
- Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelors degree min. 5 yrs administrative experience at building construction sites .
11. Store Officers / Assistants
- Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelors ‘ degree with min . 5 yrs experience in managing inventory & stores at building construction sites.
